Wreath Making Workshop: Let’s Bring the Outdoors in!

The workshop includes instruction and all the materials needed to create one’s own nature inspired decorative wreath.  Students will learn the art of weaving a natural vine base using their choice of a mix of seasonal foliage, dried flowers, and grasses, to create a beautiful wreath design. Participants will have the opportunity to experiment creatively with classic floral design techniques of “taping”,”wiring”, and “gluing” and experience an overall look at ways to incorporate natural floral materials to create something unique and special for their home.

Location: Smack dab in the middle of Bokay Studio, 111 W Capitol Ave. Ste. 2, Pierre, SD – at the bottom of Grand Ave. in the beautiful Historic Hyde Building.

Includes 2 hours of fun instruction, all materials needed to create one’s own wreath, and certificate upon completion! We’ll need to receive payment to complete registration and reserve your spot. In the case of an emergency and you cannot attend, this will be applied to store credit.

Homework: (optional) If you have the chance, bring a few short branches from your favorite shrub outside your door!
